Cancellation Policy
(Covid-19 Proof)At this moment we are expecting that all SUP11 X editions will be held in 2022. Like always, we are working all year round with the crew behind the scenes to make the event happen. We understand that for the athletes in general the preparation for this edition is influenced by the COVID-19 situation. On the other hand, paddling in the beautiful scenery of our adventures can give you new energy, for a new start after the pandemic. Traveling is not the same as before. So given these conditions we have the following options in this year:
* Option 1
You are joining the edition of the SUP11 X adventure you are entered for. You are able to travel to the destination where it’s held.
* Option 2
Postponing your participation to 2023. Because you are not able to travel from your country to one of the SUP11 X destinations in 2022.
* Option 3 (valid till 2 months before your SUP11 X adventure)
Cancellation of the participation for 2022, we will refund your registration fee, minus the costs we already made for the event. (€50,-).*
- 8 weeks before your SUP11 X Adventure 50% refund
- 6 - 4 weeks before your SUP11 X Adventure 25% refund
- 4 weeks before your SUP11 X Adventure 0% refund
